Refund policy

We strive continuously to offer products of the highest possible quality, hoping that you will fall in love with your purchase. However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may return your items for a refund within 14 days of receipt. Please note that we cannot offer refunds or exchanges after this 14-day window has passed.

Requirements

If you wish to return or exchange a product, please send your request to support@ezyonstudio.com with the following details:

• Order number
• Reason for return/exchange
• Evidence photos or videos of the issue or defect

Return Conditions

• The product must have all original tags attached.
• The product must be unwashed and unworn.
• The product must not have any scents, perfumes, or cosmetic stains.
• The product must be in its original, resalable condition.

Exchange & Return Fees

• Customers are responsible for return shipping fees in cases of:
  • Change of mind
  • Ordering the wrong size, color, or product
  • Failure to review the product description prior to ordering
• We offer free returns or exchanges only if the item received is defective or if we sent the incorrect size/item.
• Note: If an order is canceled before it has been shipped, a full refund will be issued without any restocking fees.

Exchanges

• Each item can be exchanged once.
• For higher-priced items: The customer pays the price difference.
• For lower-priced items: The price difference will be refunded to the original payment method.

Refunds

• A valid tracking number is strictly required for all return shipments. Without a tracking number, we cannot process your refund.
• Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item based on our 'Return Conditions'.
• Please note that original shipping fees, import duties, taxes, and customs fees are non-refundable.
